For Langley Memorial Hospital
I want to send my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Kylie, registered practical nurse (at Langley Memorial Hospital), for her excellence and professionalism. I was with my friend in the Emergency Department. As a nurse myself, I am familiar with hospitals, but have never felt so scared and overwhelmed. The kindness and compassion from the entire staff was amazing.
For Eagle Ridge Hospital
I had a procedure (at Eagle Ridge Hospital). The nurses and surgical team were all fantastic and took great care of me. After being discharged, I returned to the Emergency Department on the same day due to some post-op bleeding. My nurse, Sam, and (doctor) were very kind and reassuring. The hospital was busy, but my nurse and doctor were upbeat and caring.
For Eagle Ridge Hospital and Royal Columbian Hospital
This is a general thank you to all the health care workers and support staff at Eagle Ridge Hospital, Royal Columbian Hospital, all facilities in Fraser Health and across B.C. For all you do every day, despite the countless challenges you face and the physical, emotional and mental stresses, thank you. It hardly seems adequate, but know that it comes from the heart with deep admiration and appreciation.
For Chilliwack COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic
I just wanted to say how amazing all your staff are (at Chilliwack COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic). I was in a lineup and your staff are so well organized. I got top of the line service and they were busy. Kristen was my nurse. She is very well spoken and did a terrific job on keeping me calm for my shot. Lovely staff, thank you so much.
For Mission Memorial Hospital
Thanks so much to the Mission Memorial Hospital Emergency Department! My husband was there with chest pain and shortness of breath. From the moment we arrived until leaving we were treated with (the) utmost care and professionalism from the unit clerk, triage nurse, Lab, X-ray, registered nurses and doctor. Merry Christmas to you all! Sorry I don’t know all your names. Fantastic staff.
