For Langley Memorial Hospital

From the moment my son was born and throughout his stay in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), nurse France was there. She continuously went above and beyond; patiently explaining his treatments, and giving us invaluable tips and techniques. I can't express how thankful I am that she was there for my son, nor can I adequately explain how critical her support was for both myself and my husband.

For Eagle Ridge Hospital

My dad was there for a procedure. I want to thank the nurse(s) working with Dr. Yanko. It's the little things, like asking if we are ok with our parking situation, or having things ready before we need to ask. It really made a difference that they showed attention to detail for these things. It went a long way to make us feel cared for. Thanks!

I came through the Emergency Department. I would like to thank Joey, Gloria and Tonya. Joey's small tap on my shoulder when he said goodnight after I arrived in 2WA meant the world to me. I was scared. Gloria greeted me in the morning and later grabbed my phone for me so that I could stay in touch with my daughter. Tonya was very friendly and helpful. Thank you all!

For Delta Hospital

We brought in my father, who has vascular dementia. We were triaged wonderfully and taken to the back where my father was seen by a great doctor, a registered nurse, Simon, and then a super person Roland, who cleaned up Dad after his procedure. These people were all extremely reassuring, caring and helped us significantly. Thank them for us. We appreciate them.

For Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre

Thanks to the attendant in the X-Ray department of Area Two on Floor Two of the Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre. I forgot her name. She was so helpful with the patients, especially with the seniors. She was patiently listening to their concerns and helping them to change and walk before their X-Rays.

PJ is a phenomenal worker…she's truly gone above and beyond. She helped keep me alive, and at home. I can't say thank you enough. Many thanks, PJ. You're a gem!
