I would like to thank the ultrasound technician who was absolutely lovely during my recent visit. She was incredibly kind, patient and helpful. She answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease throughout the whole procedure. She was also really funny, which was much appreciated. Thank you.

We would like to convey our gratitude to the wonderful nurses and doctors at the hospital for the incredible care they provided my mother, especially Charlotte in the Emergency Department. Everyone’s kind, patient and caring demeanor made the whole visit less stressful.
For Langley Memorial Hospital
When I gave birth to my son at Langley Memorial [Hospital] all the nurses in the Maternity Ward were fantastic. I also wanted to thank the housekeeper who cleaned my room after my son's delivery. She was so kind and sweet. Thank you to all housekeepers for the work that you do.
I would like to thank Dr. Cowie and Nurse Ivona. I was nervous about my procedure and the potential diagnosis that may follow. I was very moved by their compassion and reassurance. They both took their time to explain what they were doing and what to expect and I never felt rushed. Ivona even held my hand and arm at times, which was very grounding and reassuring. Thank you.
For Mission Memorial Hospital
Our daughter recently visited the Medical Unit at Mission Memorial [Hospital]. The team caring for her was exceptional. We appreciated the consistency of medical care and the great effort the doctors put into understanding our daughter’s situation and collaborating with her wider health care team. Everyone went over and above to be compassionate and understanding. We were very impressed, thank you.
For Peace Arch Hospital
I recently visited Peace Arch [Hospital's] Emergency Department where I received excellent care. I was referred to the new Graduated Care Clinic and had an appointment with an internist the following week. This clinic is an outstanding service for seniors with medical problems who require timely medical intervention. Thank you Peace Arch Hospital for introducing such an innovative approach.
I'm incredibly grateful to the staff in the Surgical Department at Peace Arch [Hospital], who were funny, kind and thoughtful. They were positive and team-oriented and I left feeling empowered in my recovery. Many high fives for making my stay as comfortable as possible.
