For Burnaby Hospital
I was referred to the Pain Clinic at Burnaby Hospital. I am very grateful for my visit and feel much more confident about managing my pain moving forward. Both Dr. Gracias and the nurse were incredibly helpful, compassionate and supportive throughout my appointment. Thank you for the excellent care.
For Delta Hospital
I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Amy, the triage nurse at Delta Hospital. She is, without a doubt, one of the kindest people I have ever encountered. Her kindness, empathy and compassion were truly remarkable and made a difficult experience so much easier. Amy is an absolute star, and I am incredibly grateful for the care and comfort she provided.
For Royal Columbian Hospital
I had a heart catheterization procedure at Royal Columbian Hospital and I wanted to share how positive the experience was. The nursing staff were professional, knowledgeable and incredibly compassionate. Their care and support made the entire experience much more comfortable. The surgical team’s openness and reassurance put me at ease, and their expertise and skill allowed the procedure to be completed quickly and successfully. Thank you to everyone involved for the excellent care and outstanding experience.
For Surrey Memorial Hospital
I would like to give a huge shout-out to the Surrey Memorial Hospital Pediatric Emergency Department team for the care they provided to my son, Theo, when he broke his wrist. In particular, I want to recognize Nurses Rachel and Estelle, who truly met him where he was at. They spoke directly to him, explained what was happening and gave him as much control as possible throughout the process. I was incredibly impressed and grateful for their support. They turned a frightening experience into an unexpectedly positive one for both my son and our family. Thank you for your kindness, compassion and exceptional care.
