Medical complications brought me to the Emergency Department at Chilliwack General Hospital. My sincere thanks to Dr. Kurtis Leffers for his prompt diagnosis, expert treatment, professionalism and compassionate care. I also thank Ryan from the 4 South Surgical Unit for his kindness, dedication and exceptional support. Your outstanding care made a lasting difference.
For the Port Moody Urgent Primary Care Centre
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff at Port Moody Urgent Primary Care. From the front reception and the pre-visit phone call to discuss my medical issue, to the nurse’s pre-exam discussion and the doctor’s examination, I received exceptional care and medical advice. The doctor was highly informative and provided clear, concise and detailed instructions, as well as advice to prevent any medical issues in the future.
For Ridge Meadows Hospital
We visited the ER today with our daughter, who had broken her arm. Everyone was attentive and kind, but Megan and Heather were exceptional—caring, patient and incredibly empathetic. Scotty was in significant pain and very scared, and their compassion made a real difference. We are so grateful for their kindness and dedication to patient care.

I would like to send my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Samuel Hogman and all the medical staff members of the team at Royal Columbian Hospital, from nurses to care aids and registration clerks. I brought my 87-year-old father in for an examination and advice and, despite a very high patient volume, the care provided was with the utmost of courtesy and professionalism.
