Please go to the Pay Your Bill Online page for examples of bill types and sample invoices for guidance on which bill type to choose.

  • What if the bill type I require is not listed?

This means the bill type is not available for payment online at this time, so you can pay by using another payment method. You can find other payment methods listed above. Currently, the following bill types are available to pay online: Home Support, Hospital, Lifeline and Environmental Health.

  • What if I select the wrong bill type option?

Go back to the Pay Your Bill Online page and this will take you to the list of the four bill types: Home Support, Hospital, Lifeline and Environmental Health.

  • How do I get back to the previous page when I click on a link that takes me to bill/invoice samples on the payment pages?

Close your browser window, as the PDF opens in a new browser window. This can be done by clicking on the “x” on the PDF file in the top right hand corner of the web browser to close the document.

  • How do I return to the online payment website when I click on the “Fraser Health Privacy Policy” link?

  • How can I check whether my credit card or debit card transaction has been processed correctly?

You can pay by using another payment method listed above. If you have been re-directed to the Moneris website, select the Visa/Master card or Interac option, and the “Process Transaction” and “Cancel Transaction” buttons will appear. Click on the “Cancel Transaction” button to cancel.

  • Who do I contact if I have a question about the charges on my invoice?

Please refer to the contact phone number on your invoice.

Unpaid bills

Contact us immediately to discuss payment options.

After considerable time has passed beyond the due date, unsettled accounts are sent to a collection agency. If you feel your bill should be paid by a third party or other provincial plan, contact us as soon as possible.

Note that we are unable to obtain payment from the provincial plan or third party. You are still responsible for settling the debt. You should make payment as soon as possible so that your credit record is unaffected.
