Serving the communities of Delta, Langley, the Township of Langley, Surrey and White Rock.
Integrated Health Services South is a diverse and rapidly growing area, home to more than 860,000 people and some of the fastest growing communities in B.C.
Stretching across urban, suburban and semi-rural communities, it is supported by a broad range of hospitals, urgent and primary care, public health and community health care services.
New health care projects, such as the New Surrey Hospital and BC Cancer Centre, the South Surrey Urgent and Primary Care Centre, the Cloverdale Urgent and Primary Care Centre and the Langley Medical Imaging Facility, are helping meet the growing health care demands of the people we care for.
Connected care
Throughout Integrated Health Services South, we are strengthening partnerships with municipalities, Indigenous communities, Métis associations, community organizations and care providers. Working closely with our Indigenous partners enables us to support enhanced, culturally safe experiences for Indigenous Peoples accessing Fraser Health services.
By building strong, trusted connections with our communities, we create space for diverse voices to inform our understanding of culturally specific and local needs. These perspectives help guide how we plan, deliver and improve care to better support the health and well-being of the people we serve now and into the future.
