At Rosemary Heights Seniors Village we believe in contributing positively to our communities.
We strive to work honestly and effectively with all constituents of our communities and embrace diversity as an essential component to the way we do business. We believe that only in serving others well, can we serve ourselves well.
Rosemary Heights Seniors Village considers each resident unique and strives to enhance their sense of dignity, usefulness and self-respect while promoting health and wellness. In order to do so, resident care is delivered through seven primary values: choice; health and well-being; dignity; confidentiality; fairness; accountability; environments that provide safe, competent ethical care.
Employees communicate in English in the performance of their duties as it is the official language in the workplace (with the exception of special circumstances such as caring for non-English speaking residents). RHSV is a multi-denominational facility.
