Peace Arch Hospital Foundation Lodge is a Long-Term Care Facility owned and operated by the Fraser Health Authority.

|Room features and personalization||
Family are able to personalize the room with a TV/radio, clock, calendar, pictures, duvet (machine washable). No additional furniture.
The building and all rooms are wheelchair accessible.
There are two rooms to accommodate bariatric residents.
|Security||Peace Arch Hospital Foundation Lodge has wanderguard, keypad doors on unit and video monitoring in high traffic areas (entrance and hallways).|
|Smoking||Smoking is not permitted on premises.|
|Location information||Peace Arch Hospital Foundation Lodge is close to transit on bus routes 360, 361 and 363, shopping and walking distance from a park.|

|Social and recreation programs||
|Pets||Clean, healthy, immunized and well-behaved pets are welcomed, visitors. They must be leashed and supervised by their owners at all times and are not to be left unattended.|
|Medical assistance in dying||On-site assessment and on-site provision are available.|
|Hairdressing||Hairdressing services are available from SmartSet Salon on site.|
|Foot and nail care||These are third-party services set up and managed by the family. We can provide a list of local contractors.|
|Additional services||You can access additional third-party services for a fee, including physiotherapy, dental and private companion.
Clients must meet Home and Community Care requirements and criteria for admission. A health care needs assessment will be completed to confirm eligibility. See the eligibility requirements for home and community care section of our website.
Referral by case manager at a Home and Community Care office is required. To access service call the Home Health Service Line for more information; do not contact the care home directly.
There is a monthly accommodation fee; additional fees may apply for incidental services.
