Monday and Tuesday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Eligibility
Adults 18 years and older with persistent pain and interested in self-management skills and able to participate in group learning.
Referral
Adults living in the Fraser Health region can be referred to the program by their primary care provider or the Fraser Health Mental Health and Substance Use Services.
