Chartwell Crescent Gardens Care home in beautiful South Surrey offers long term care services on one floor of the home.

Chartwell Crescent Gardens offers a continuum of care environment with multiple lifestyle options in addition to long term care, including independent and assisted living. This unique offering allows couples who have different care needs to live under the same roof while receiving the personalized support they need as individuals. It’s also very convenient for visiting family and friends.
Crescent Garden has 75 long term care beds (53 publicly subsidized). There are 69 single occupancy rooms and three double occupancy rooms.

Room features and personalization | Our spacious private rooms include a bed, nightstand, chest of drawers and a wardrobe, as well as a private bathroom. Linens are included. Residents and their families are encouraged to personalize their rooms with pictures, photos and other decorations. Residents may bring a small TV or personal furniture by prior arrangement. |

Security | Key pads on all exit doors and elevators. |

Location information | We are located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood nearby King George Boulevard and Highway 99. Bus service is available right outside of our home. We enjoy easy access to a number of restaurants, grocery stores, White Rock beach, parks and Peace Arch Hospital. |
Additional site features | We offer a selection of recreational programs and services tailored to individual needs and preferences, with events and social opportunities taking place in dedicated dining and activity space on the floor. |

Social and recreation programs | Our recreational programs promote active living, health, wellness and education. Residents enjoy art and music therapy, as well as culturally-specific programming such as our signature Ports of Call events. |
Spiritual program | Weekly non-denominational inspirational hymns and Catholic communion. |
Pets | Live-in pets are not permitted; however, pets are welcome to visit on a leash. We also offer a visiting pet therapy program for residents who enjoy interacting with different animals. |
Medical assistance in dying | On-site assessment and on-site provision available. |

Hairdressing | Hairdresser on site (incremental fees apply). |
Foot and nail care | Regular visits by a Foot Care Nurse are available for an additional fee. |
