The Specialized Seniors Clinic does not replace your family doctor or nurse practitioner and usually does not manage long-term follow-up.

- Adults 65 years and older
- Living in the Fraser Health region
- Experiencing complex health needs that require a full geriatric assessment

A health care practitioner referral is required for this clinic.
