Supports families and friends with an adult person who is living with a mental illness and/or substance use issue.
When families/friends are supported in their supportive role, the rates of relapse in their loved ones are reduced by half in the first year (Mental Health Commission of Canada).
The Family Support Services believes in providing a safe and confidential space for you to explore the many challenges you are facing in your supportive role. We do this through free individual and/or group services.
Your concerns will be heard, your fears will be validated and your hope will be nurtured.
