Fraser Health is helping care providers, patients and partners imagine and enact the future of health care.

Our innovation programs make it easier for our staff to innovate and easier for external organizations to partner with us in innovation.

For external organizations we are introducing a program called the Fraser Health Innovation Academy (iCademy). This program is a seven-month process that provides a clear and collaborative pathway for external organizations to advance an innovation solution with us. The expectation is that the solutions can significantly improve our services, while also ensuring they meet our standards and requirements. The process includes:

  • Application submission
  • Short list of prospective candidates announced
  • Pitch to Health Authority leadership
  • Fraser Health iCademy cohort selected
  • Fraser Health iCademy workshops and design sessions
  • Final pitch to Health Authority leadership
  • Organization selected to trial their innovation with Fraser Health
