Burnaby Hospital is a large community hospital which provides care to the province’s third-largest municipality.

Services offered at Burnaby Hospital include primary and secondary acute care as well as a number of specialized services such as 24/7 emergency care, general and internal medicine, general surgery, ambulatory care and other outpatient clinics.

The $2.4 billion Burnaby Hospital redevelopment project is among the province's largest health care investments. It will see two new patient care towers, new cancer centre, and expansion and renovations to existing buildings on campus, providing residents in this growing community with improved access to quality care.

The Burnaby Hospital redevelopment project is part of Fraser Health’s commitment across the region to modernize our health care network, build capacity and improve timely access to quality, patient-centred care closer to home.
