Jane Wark

Jane Wark is a registered dietitian and the practice lead for public health nutrition in Fraser Health.

Having worked in public health for over 15 years, Jane has expertise in infant and child nutrition, as well as effective strategies for helping families develop lifelong healthy eating habits. Prior to public health, Jane worked as a research assistant at B.C. Research Institute for Children’s and Women’s Health. Jane has shared her expertise on a wide variety of projects including as the subject matter expert in nutrition for Toddler’s First Steps (a Ministry of Health publication), as a reviewer of several knowledge pathways for Practice-Based Evidence in Nutrition (a global resource for nutrition practice) and in many presentations and articles on healthy eating strategies for families. Jane is a member of Dietitians of Canada and of the College of Dietitians of B.C.
