The FOODSAFE course is a comprehensive food safety training program designed for individuals working in the food industry.
The course will provide knowledge on the safe and proper methods for storing and preparing foods, cleaning and information on microbes and their interaction with food. The course is ideal for high school aged youth and up, as it uses many teaching methods (multimedia, lecture, activities) and is taught by an environmental health officer.
