Families and friends who are supporting adults living with or in recover from mental health or substance use concerns are invited to join members of the Family Support Services team at various community parks throughout the month of July 2023.

Depending on the location and weather, we may go for a walk or sit and enjoy getting to know one another. This will be a great way to meet other people in similar situations and to build a support network. We will meet rain or shine so we ask that you dress and prepare yourself appropriately. With the summer weather, please be reminded to use sunscreen and bring a hat, snack and water to stay nourished and hydrated.
