On-site hair salon, community lounges, semi-private dining rooms, multi-purpose ‘Great’ room, on-site laundry and kitchen services. WiFi access available.

Language, culture, religious affiliations

Weekly multi-cultural church services.  Our staff and residents speak many languages, including English, German, Punjabi, Russian and Polish.

Accreditation is an external peer review process to assess and improve the services health care organizations provide to their patients and clients, based on standards of excellence set by Accreditation Canada or the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Total beds: 96. 86 publicly subsidized residential complex care including 6 respite. 10 private-pay rooms.

Cost

Residents pay 80% of their after-tax income which covers the cost of food and accommodation.

Recreation and activity programming seven days a week.

Parking available, level parking and elevators in building.

Pet policy

We recognize the therapeutic benefits of interactions between pets and our residents, while recognizing allergies of both residents and staff. Please contact us before bringing your pet. Various pet therapy programs also provide individual or group visits.

Secured key-coded doors, in-suite nurse call system.

Offers 24-hour complex nursing care and support.
