As part of every routine inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed which rates a facility as low, moderate or high risk. For more information about risk assessments go to the risk assessment bulletin listed below.

Inspection reports

This website has a searchable database of child care facilities. You can search for facilities by city and view information such as the facility’s address, capacity, contact information and routine inspection findings. The inspection information displayed is a summary of the contraventions found during the routine inspection and is not an actual copy of the inspection report.

Please do not interpret the status of a particular facility based solely on the inspection report(s). We encourage you to do other research such as contacting the facility manager, observing the program in operation and/or contacting the assigned licensing officer for the facility.

Note: This inspection website is updated on an ongoing basis however we cannot warrant that it is accurate, complete or current at all times.
