We would like to inform you of upcoming Offsite work along 55 Ave (James Hill Drive) & 180th Street.
Dates: April 16, 2024 to end of September 2024
Work hours
Work onsite will generally occur from Monday to Sunday, work offsite (as shown below) will be Monday - Saturday. Please note that a Variance Permit has been issued by the City of Surrey in reference to By-law 1982, No. 7044. Making every effort to mitigate impacts to neighbours as much as possible, the construction impacts are noted below.
Construction impacts
- Regular traffic control for safety purposes.
- Reduced access to Roan place during the construction of 180th.
- 180th and James Hill Drive to be reduced to single lane access throughout construction.
- Regular construction noise will occur during the construction period noted above.
- Task/flood lighting will be in place to maintain safety onsite and to the surrounding area.
