In 2008, Fraser Health took part in a province wide survey of inpatients at acute care hospitals to ask for feedback about their experiences with the care and services they received while in hospital. The survey is the second of its kind in British Columbia; the first was conducted in 2005. All 12 Fraser Health hospitals participated. The survey provides health authorities, health care providers and administrators with valuable information about how our hospitals are performing and will assist us in providing high-quality patient care and making improvements where they are needed.
