For the second time in three years, the survey shows that most patients are satisfied with the quality of care they receive. While there are some areas for improvement, 91% rate the overall quality of care they received at Fraser Health hospitals as good, very good, or excellent and 93% would definitely or probably recommend their hospital to family or friends.
The high level of satisfaction is a reflection of the efforts of our doctors, nurses and other frontline health care workers, whose commitment and dedication make a real difference in the lives of our patients every day.
