- Cost: $237 million (includes cost of new diagnostic equipment)
- Designed to Leadership in Efficiency and Energy Design (LEED) Gold standard
- 5 levels, 188,347 sq. ft.

- Structural flexibility to allow for new care requirements and changes in the future.
- State-of-the-art medical equipment, including an MRI, CT scanners, radiology, bone density, ultrasound, mammography, nuclear medicine and cardiac diagnostic equipment.
- Facility atrium will include retail space for a commercial pharmacy and food/retail services, education and meeting space, and information areas.
- Building structure allows for 30% expansion capability on site
