The Royal Columbian Hospital site is made up of several key buildings including the Health Care Centre, Columbia Tower, Sherbrooke Centre, a Power Plant, and Emergency Department. These facilities are located on Columbia Street between Keary and Sherbrooke Streets.
In addition to the current campus land there is adjacent land available for development: the Allen Street property and the former Labatt land. Fraser Health currently owns the Allen Street property and has an option to purchase a parcel (containing 300,000 square feet of density) of the former Labatt site.
