Purchasing Services (procurement) routinely issues solicitation documents to the vendor community. Fraser Health Procurement/Purchasing Services operates on a "First Bid, Best Price" basis. Post close negotiations are limited to clarification of terms, deliveries, etc. Purchasing Services will negotiate price in exceptional circumstances such as sole vendor or emergency purchases.
