Procurement is the designated primary Contract Authority for Fraser Health, and as such, we have the sole responsibility for signing Purchase Orders, Contracts and Agreements. Transactions above our approved signing limit are signed by the Chief of Shared Services, the Chief Financial Officer or Chief Executive Officer and, in some instances, must have Board approval.
