Purchasing Services, or procurement, is accountable for "best value" and timely acquisition of supplies, services and equipment to support our programs and services. Our role in materiel management is to manage the procurement process. Vendors will only discuss the cost and terms of their offers with staff in Purchasing Services. Bids, offers, proposals, quotations are not to be discussed or provided to anyone other than purchasing staff.
