Working to improve the health of the population and the quality of life of the people we serve.
Our Board of Directors holds Public Board Meetings for the public that include formal and informal discussions with the community. When are the meetings held? These meetings are usually held three time a year, usually in the fall, winter and spring, in various locations throughout the area we serve. All meetings will be listed in advance on our Events Calendar. Attend in person or online If you don't have time to attend these meetings in person, you can login to a webcast where you can see and hear the board members and ask questions. How do I attend online? Click on the link to the webcast that will be provided in the listing in our Events Calendar. Log into the event five minutes before the start to familiarize yourself with your webcast viewer features. How do I ask questions? Once you login, click on the second icon, that looks like a speech bubble, on the upper left corner of the screen and type in your question. A moderator will pass your question to the board. Make sure to include your email address so the board can send you a response if there is not enough time to answer the question during the presentation. Do I need to install any software? If you are using Safari or Firefox browsers, you may be prompted to install Silverlight, which is like Flash. This is a free installation, that takes only 15 seconds to install. Are the agendas and presentations available? If you are not able to attend the meeting but you are interested in what happened at the meeting, we have an archive of the Public Board Meeting presentations. Can I make a presentation to the Board? You must submit a request to make a presentation to our Board. Visit our Board Meeting Presentation Guidelines for details. |
