Arvinder Singh Bubber

Arvinder Singh Bubber was recently appointed as Kwantlen Polytechnic University's first chancellor. Mr. Bubber began his education at the University of Punjab, in India where he earned his undergraduate degree in the faculty of science. After moving to England in 1971, he received his chartered accountant designation.
