| Contact | Access to subsidized assisted living units is through a Home Health assessment. For more information on subsidized units, contact the local Home Health office nearest you. Please do not contact the Operator directly regarding subsidized units. For information on market units, please refer to the Seniors Housing Information Program (SHIP) directory. |
| Building amenities | All meals are provided and snacks are available throughout the day. Housekeeping and laundry services are provided. |
| Language, culture, religious affiliations | Multicultural with a number of religious affiliations, including interfaith and non-denominational services. Staff is culturally diverse and many different languages are spoken. |
| Type of accommodation | 3 publicly subsidized units. Residents provide their own furnishings. |
| Cost | Residents pay 70% of their after-tax income which covers: 1) monthly rental accommodation; 2) hospitality services: two meals and two snacks daily, weekly housekeeping, flat laundry, etc.; 3) personal care; and 4) on-site emergency response system. Residents on income assistance pay a flat rate. Items not included as part of the monthly fee include: telephone, cable, hydro, personal laundry, household and toiletry supplies, medications, personal care products and insurance. |

| Accessibility | Residents must be able to move around in their own apartment with or without the use of mobility aids. Electric wheelchairs designed for indoor use may be permitted with pre-approval of the Executive Director. Electronic scooters are not permitted. |

| Smoking policy | There is no smoking in the building or in any of the suites. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. |
