Home Health can help ensure that you have the medical supplies and equipment you require while receiving care at home.

How do I know what equipment I will need?

Our physical and occupational therapists can help you learn to use equipment designed to improve your safety at home.  Bath seats, grab bars, scooters, walkers, wheelchairs and lifts may be new to you, and we want to ensure you’re comfortable using them appropriately.

We can refer you to a local supplier or you can access the Red Cross equipment loan program. 

Is there a cost?

Costs may be covered by the Palliative Care Benefits Program or other alternate funding source.
