• are any of the following ages
• Age 4 - 6
• Age 11
• Age 14
• Referrals and assistance for vision, hearing, and dental services
• Health information on:
• Good nutrition and snack ideas
• Common childhood diseases
• Medical conditions such as allergies, asthma, diabetes
• Head lice prevention and management
• Physical activity
• Growth and development
• Talking to children about puberty and sexuality, substance use, injury prevention
