Fraser Health provides specialized programs and services for seniors, as well as client and family resources. We are dedicated to caring for the older adult by looking at your health care needs and helping you manage them. Our philosophy is that each person is an individual with unique needs and expectations. We believe quality care focuses on minimizing the effects of chronic illness (e.g. arthritis, dementia, diabetes, heart failure, parkinsons), while maximizing your ability to live independently in the community.
