Working to improve the health of the population and the quality of life of the people we serve.

We are committed to ensuring that you - our patients, clients and residents - understand your health issues, how we can help you, and what you need to do to maintain your health after you leave our service. At no cost, we are prepared to provide an interpretation or written translation in over 60 different languages and dialects for patients, clients or residents across our communities. Sign language interpreters are also available for deaf, deaf-blind, and hard-of-hearing persons and are provided through a provincial program. If you require the use of language services, please inform your health care provider when you schedule your appointment. For unexpected and unscheduled visits, request the service from a staff member on your care team. We will do our best to provide a trained interpreter to meet your needs. | |
