You've Got Mail

Our dedicated volunteers are pleased to personally deliver a well-wishing email to a patient in any of our hospitals. Send an email that includes the patient's full name, unit, and room number, along with your message, and it will be hand-delivered by a volunteer.

This service is intended for well-wishes only

Other messages that contains matters of business or inappropriate content will be deleted.

Do not send confidential information

Even though Fraser Health volunteers do treat patient messages as private documents, we do recommend that confidential items not be sent using this system.

This service is only for message delivery

Patients are unable to send a response through this service.
