In Hope, Fraser Health provides its services within the ancestral, traditional and unceded territory of the Stó:lō people, particularly the Chawathi, Shxw’ow’hamel, Peters, Yale, Union Bar and Skawahlook First Nations.  These services also take place on the unceded and traditional lands of the Nlaka’pamux people, particularly the Boston Bar, Spuzzum and Boothroyd First Nations.

Fraser Health is responsible for providing quality health care services to the people of Hope. This includes residential care and assisted living, public health, home health, end of life care, mental health and substance use support, along with specialized programs for children, women and Aboriginal people. We provide care across Hope in our hospital, residential care and mental health and substance use programs.
