What's the first step to submitting a complaint? Speak with the person who provided the service, or to the manager of the area. Complaints are best addressed and resolved at the time and place where they occur. What if my complaint is not resolved? For all services Contact the Patient Care Quality Office that handles complaints about all services offered by Fraser Health. For assisted living services Contact the Office of the Assisted Living Registrar. They investigate complaints, administers the Health and Safety Standards and responds to questions from the public, service providers and other stakeholders.
