    The Crisis Centre of BC offers 24/7 support by phone and text, providing free, non-judgmental help to anyone in need (individuals, organizations and communities). They offer education and training to promote mental wellness and help support people at risk of suicide.

    Bullying Canada: 1-877-352-4497 – Available 24/7
    Bullying Canada is a national charity focused on supporting children and youth who have or are experiencing bullying. They offer 24/7 support by phone, text and email. They also provide presentations to educate and empower school communities to stop bullying.

    Kids Help Phone: 1-800-668-6868
    Kids Help Phone texting service: Text CONNECT to 686868 – available 24/7
    Kids Help Phone is a 24/7 virtual service offering barrier free, confidential mental health support for children and youth.

    HealthLink BC: 8-1-1 – Available 24/7
    HealthLink BC is a free, 24/7 provincial service that provides non-emergency health information and advice. You can speak with nurses, dietitians, pharmacists and other professionals by calling 8-1-1, or access resources online on a variety of health topics, in multiple languages.

    Fraser Health Virtual Care can connect you with registered nurses and dietitians by phone and web chat support.

    Foundry offers free and confidential mental health and wellness services for youth ages 12-14 and their families in B.C.

    Options for Sexual Health
    Options for Sexual Health (Options) provides sexual and reproductive health care, education and information that is accessible, confidential and stigma free across British Columbia.

    Youth Against Violence: 1-800-680-4264 or info@youthagainstviolenceline.com – Available 24/7 in multiple languages; resources available for teachers.
    A 24/7 resource to call if youth are being threatened or at risk of experiencing violence. This resource is supported by BC 211.

    Youth in BC: Available 12 p.m.–1 a.m.
    YouthInBC is a resource run by the Crisis Centre of BC, offering 24/7 confidential support and follow-up for youth in mental health crisis. Through phone, text, and education programs, they support youth at risk of suicide.

    Reporting child abuse and neglect in B.C.: 1-800-663-9122 – Available 24/7
    The Government of British Columbia requires anyone who suspects that a child or youth is being abused or neglected to report it through a provincial phone line. This site provides information on the duty to report as well as what and how to report.

    A confidential service by the BC Centre for Disease Control that allows users to seek STI testing online if they have access to specific lab testing locations.

    Fraser Health Youth Clinics
    Youth Clinics offer inclusive, judgement-free, confidential sexual health care for all youth (age eligibility varies by site).

    Receive timely care for urgent, non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries at a Fraser Health Urgent and Primary Care Centre.

    The CARE program provides support for people seeking abortion services through BC Women's Hospital.

    Forensic Nursing Service
    Accessed through any Fraser Health emergency department. The Forensic Nursing team provides trauma-informed medical and forensic care to individuals who have experienced recent sexual assault and or intentional relationship violence.

    Embrace Clinic
    An outpatient clinic offering short-term, specialized medical-forensic care for individuals who have recently experienced violence, including sexual assault, partner violence, exploitation, elder abuse, family violence and trafficking.

    Positive Health Services
    Positive Health Services offers interdisciplinary care for people living with HIV and/or Hepatitis C, including specialized consultations, primary care, psychosocial support and pharmacy services. HIV care is available through self-referral or provider referral, while Hepatitis C care requires a referral from a primary care provider.

    MindMapBC
    MindMapBC is a curated database of outpatient mental health services – such as counselling, support groups, and peer support – designed to affirm and support 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals. It highlights accessible options, prioritizing services that are free, low-cost and self-referral.

    A province-wide hub of resources and services to support trans, Two-Spirit, non-binary people, their loves ones and care providers with accurate evidence-based information and services.

    Period Pain is Real Pain (University of British Columbia)
    Get tips straight from young people who’ve been there as well as from medical experts who specialize in conditions like endometriosis and pelvic pain. This interactive website focuses on people assigned female at birth and provides information on pain that can occur with having a period, how to help reduce the pain and when to seek further health care supports.

    This site offers extensive sexual and reproductive health information.

    Sexfluent (Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research)
    This youth-led initiative shares facts on HIV transmission and prevention, helps find sexual health services and offers an online space to learn and connect.
