Your immunization record is stored in the online provincial database, Health Gateway.

By order of the Provincial Health Officer, proof of vaccination will be required starting September 13 to access some events, services and businesses. You'll be able to show your proof of vaccination easily using your BC Vaccine Card.

At the time of your vaccination, you will have the option to receive a paper and digital copy of your immunization record card. Your immunization record will be also be stored in the online provincial database, Health Gateway, accessible to you, public health, and your doctor,  

Lost cards

If you lose your copy of your record card, by registering for Health Gateway, you will be able to access, download and print a copy your digital immunization record card anytime.

Vaccination records for travel

There are some testing and quarantine exemptions for fully vaccinated travelers who are permitted to enter Canada and who meet specific conditions.
