Technical Design Requirements (TDR) for Fraser Health facilities set out minimum acceptable requirements for architects, engineers, contractors, facility administrators or operators involved in designing, building or renovating our acute and long-term care facilities.

The TDR are organized using the MasterFormat® system. They are not considered contract specifications so the project team shall incorporate them in a manner that aligns project requirements with the intent of the TDR.
Fraser Health facilities are located in several jurisdictions from Burnaby to Boston Bar, so it is the responsibility of the project team to ensure all architectural, design and engineering solutions comply with the applicable authority having jurisdiction (AHJ).
